The Chaffey Trail - Mildura
Mildura Day. On 31 May 1887 the Chaffey Brothers, the Victorian State Government and the Queen signed an Indenture formalising Mildura as Australias first irrigation colony. During the lead up to Mildura Day celebration, it provides an opportunity to celebrate our history through education and social interaction in our community.
